Summer Chicken Salad & Simple Shred method!

I adore Chicken Salad in the summer! 

Something about sandwiches that just makes life simple. This chicken salad has been passed all over 

my family and tweaked over the years.

 I hope you can enjoy a sandwich this summer. 

Somewhere in the back corner of my mind, was this tip my Mom shared with me years ago and for 

some reason it came popping out, as I made my chicken salad.

You know after you cook chicken you have to stand with a fork and shred and shred, to try to get it 

small enough?

If you have a KitchenAid stand mixer just attach the paddle attachment 

and turn it on low for about 1 

minute and there you have it. 

Easy, simple and perfectly shredded chicken.

Chicken Salad
4 Chicken Breast 
Boil in a water until cooked
                                     Remove chicken from water and place in mixer to shred chicken
Add a cup of Duke's Mayo 
Add a squirt of Ranch dressing 
Add a dash of garlic powder(garlic goes with everything)
                                                          Add salt & pepper to taste 
Dice celery into small little pieces 
Add Craisins( you know the salad toppers)
Mix well and cover in fridge for a few hours
